Our Vitamin E, Selenium & Lysine Plus supports muscle function and overall performance.  With the inclusion of selenium for those where soil may be low or deficient.  Selenium yeast is safer and more effective than inorganic forms. Selenium supports metabolism and promotes thyroid function as well as having antioxidant properties.
Vitamin E serves as a powerful antioxidant, helping to stabilise cell membranes and provide antioxidant support.
Lysine is included to act as a precursor for amino acids. It is one of the nine essential amino acids required as building blocks for protein and therefore muscular health and development.
Together they support performance and promote a healthy muscle and nerve function.
