Apply Nikwax Rug Wash in the washing machine…
IMPORTANT: Shake bottle before use. Do not use conventional detergents. Use undiluted Rug Wash to treat stubborn stains before washing.
Industrial size machine:
- Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
- Place maximum of 1 rug in washing machine.
- Add 150ml of Rug Wash.
- Run a 30°C synthetic cycle on a slow spin.
Drying: Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
Use Nikwax Rug Wash by hand…
IMPORTANT: Use gloves.
- Add 500ml of Rug Proof in 10L of warm water.
- Agitate to mix, add and immerse entire rug.
- Add additional 15L of warm water to cover rug and agitate.
- Leave to soak for 2 hours, agitating occasionally.
- Rinse in cold water until water runs clear.
Drying: Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
Care Advice…
To maintain waterproofing always wash with Nikwax Rug Wash. Do not use conventional detergents.
Use Nikwax Rug Proof to restore water repellency.
