Easy Mare is a natural, herbal supplement formulated to help maintain a balanced hormonal system and promote a calm, steady outlook in mares, ponies, and donkeys. It is particularly beneficial for young or sensitive mares who may experience discomfort or behavioural changes during their seasons, as well as for geldings displaying ‘riggy’ or unwanted stallion-like behaviour.

The blend contains traditional herbs such as Vitex Agnus Castus (Chaste Tree Berry), known for supporting hormonal balance and regulating the mare’s normal 21-day cycle, and Valerian, which may help calm heightened nervous tension without sedating. Easy Mare is also useful for young or under-conditioned horses who show excessive behavioural or physical signs when in season, as well as during transitional periods like early spring or when the herd dynamic changes, such as the introduction of youngstock or new geldings.

Easy Mare can be safely fed all year round, depending on the horse’s individual needs, and is ideal for managing hormonal fluctuations naturally. For horses needing more general behavioural support unrelated to hormonal cycles, our Calm & Collected range may be a suitable alternative.

This product contains Valerian classified as a prohibited substance under FEI and BHA regulations.

For those competing under FEI and other National and International regulations, a 48hr withdrawal period is advised.
