A new concept – a tasty treat that supplies the essential vitamins and trace minerals your horse, pony or donkey needs each day to support their health and wellbeing. The carefully formulated nutrient levels are based on the National Research Council’s requirements for horses and ponies at rest or in light work.
MultiVit Treats also contain added probiotics saccharomyces cerevisiae, to support the microbiome and gut health. As well as a delicious herbal blend, including peppermint, oregano, sage, garlic, parsley, marjoram and rosemary.
MultiVit Treats are designed for horses, ponies and donkeys that receive a forage-based diet only i.e. hay, haylage, straw, chaff or grass. It is also suitable for adult horses, ponies and donkeys that are receiving less than the manufacturer’s recommended rates of hard feed. It is designed to be given instead of a balancer or vitamin and mineral supplement. (Please note it is designed for horses and donkeys at rest or in light work, horses in higher levels of exercise or requiring additional calories for weight gain should consider alternative products, please contact our friendly and knowledgeable helpline for further advice.)
Low in starch and sugar (sugar 2.7% and starch 4.4%), with no added sugar, making it safe for all horses, ponies and donkeys, even those on a restricted diet.
MultiVit Treats are highly palatable, meaning horses, ponies and donkeys can eat them straight from your hand. Making it easy to feed to those living out in a herd or that don’t get a daily bucket feed. MultiVit Treats can be added to a small chaff feed if preferred.

Feeding Rate
A complementary feed for horses, ponies and donkeys to help meet vitamin and trace mineral requirements when fed with a forage only diet.
Feeding Directions:
For a 500-600kg horse, 3-4 treats per day (approx. 30g).
For a 300-400kg pony 2-3 treats per day.
For a 140-180kg donkey 1-2 treats per day.
Do not exceed 50g (approx. 10 treats) in one day for any horse, pony or donkey.
May be fed by hand or with a small amount of chaff. Treats should be fed with adequate forage to ensure a balanced diet. Ensure clean, fresh water is freely available.
