Deliveries and Returns

Local Delivery:

We offer an excellent and reliable local delivery service using our own vehicles.

We offer free local delivery.

Please ensure we receive your order by 12pm the day before your regular delivery day. Orders received after this time may be delayed until we are next in your area.

If you are not likely to be at home when we deliver just tell us in the comments area at checkout where we can safely leave your items. In order to be able to offer free delivery with a low minimum order, we need to be able to route our vehicles in the most efficient way possible therefore we are unable to offer delivery slots or timed deliveries. in some circumstances we may be able to offer an AM or PM slot.

Whilst our drivers are very obliging they cannot be expected to carry multiple items any distance. If you need your feed leaving any further than 10 metres away from where our vehicle can park our drivers will either require assistance to unload or the driver may at their discretion leave your items somewhere nearer the vehicle.

We aim to hold good stocks of every item listed on our website, however occasionally we may be short of stock. If we do not have the stock to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to either wait for the items to come into stock or cancel your order / items and have the money returned to your card.

Returns

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.

You can easily notify us that you are returning an item by contacting us on 07500 112202, quoting your invoice number and we will be happy to authorise the return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Items received after this time will be returned to you at your cost.

Items purchased during December as a Christmas gift may be returned at any time up until the 17th of January.

Items should be unopened, free for animal hair and in an as-new condition to qualify for a full refund. 

Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose please contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us photos of the problem. We will usually require for the item to be returned to us for inspection. If the item has failed due to a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship we will refund your postage cost and either send you out a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note that should any item on inspection have suffered normal wear and tear or misuse it will be returned to you at your cost.
